For Repair Services Provided in Nebraska
An estimate as required for repairs shall be given to the customer by 4 Real Wireless in writing, and 4 Real Wireless may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. Where provided in writing, 4 Real Wireless may charge a reasonable fee for services provided to determine the nature of the malfunction when preparing a written estimate for repair.
